So there we were and depending on who you ask some might say we were, what they say, "shooting the shit." So yeah, there we were, shooting the shit and if you know anything about me, the topic of conversation always comes back to me. This incidence however, was no different. One thing lead to another and in the midst of drowning in the attention I realize that I had just made a promise to not cut my hair until Relay For Life. Relay For Life is in April. You do the math. awesome.
It would have been noble of me as well as a lie if I said that helping others was the sole reason. The truth is that I saw it as the perfect excuse for not getting my hair cut. For some reason I get lethargic when I think about getting my hair cut maybe just lazy. Don't get me wrong, I do care and think the cause is great, but it's just that if I can continue to be lazy and do a good thing at the same time... why not? Plus, I get to get my hair cut by professionals at the event where I can get all the attention that I would ever want. double awesome
